A. A free viewer called Windows Imaging is included with most versions of Windows 95 and all versions of Windows 98 and above. When you click on the file, you will usually be asked whether you would like to download or open the file. Select Open and Windows Imaging will load and display the file. (It may even load in your browser.) If the file does not open, you may not have Windows Imaging installed.
